How long does an evaluation last?

An evaluation usually lasts about one hour.

How long does a therapy session last?

A therapy session lasts thirty minutes.

Where are therapy sessions held?

All of our therapy consultations and  sessions are performed in house at our clinic. Our therapists do not make home health visits or go travel to schools and daycares. 

Do you offer any complimentary treatments?

Yes! We offer Integrated Listening Systems, Talktools, Vital Stim, and LSVT LOUD as complimentary treatments for our clients.

What insurance providers are you in network with?

We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, TRICARE, and Medicare.

How do I know if my child needs feeding therapy?

Feeding and swallowing disorders can lead to health, learning, and social problems. Feeding disorders include problems with sucking, eating from a spoon, chewing, or drinking from a cup.

 

Swallowing disorders, also called dysphagia, are difficulty with moving food or liquid from the mouth, throat, or esophagus to the stomach. Feeding and swallowing disorders are often related to other medical conditions but may also occur without a known cause.
